On Wednesday, November 6, at 4:00 PM, Playa Caracoles in the Jacarandas area came alive with vibrant colors, heartfelt performances, and a spirit of community as DIF Cabo San Lucas hosted a memorable event in partnership with the World Wide Technology Championship. This family-friendly gathering welcomed PGA TOUR professional players Santiago de la Fuente, Rafael Campos, Blaine Hale Jr., and Sy Noh, who graciously joined us for an unforgettable afternoon filled with autographs, smiles, and cultural celebration.

We are deeply grateful for the generous donation made by the World Wide Technology Championship to DIF Cabo San Lucas. This incredible contribution will go a long way in supporting DIF’s vital programs, empowering the agency to continue providing essential services for vulnerable families, children, and elderly individuals in Los Cabos. The donation has not only uplifted the community but has also set an inspiring example of giving back, fostering hope and unity for everyone involved.

The event was filled with gratitude and excitement as attendees witnessed the enthusiasm of children performing traditional Mexican dances, showcasing the rich heritage of Mexico. These young performers were thrilled to share the beauty of Mexican culture with everyone present and especially enjoyed interacting with the professional players, who generously took time to meet fans, pose for photos, and sign autographs. DIF Cabo San Lucas, short for Sistema para el Desarrollo Integral de la Familia, is a municipal agency committed to supporting the well-being and growth of families and individuals across Los Cabos. • Support for the Elderly: With a day care center in San José, DIF offers physical activities and nutritional programs for seniors, fostering a better quality of life.
• Community Outreach: DIF’s “DIF en Tu Colonia” initiative provides free medical check-ups, counseling, and educational workshops to residents in different neighborhoods.
