Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled visit are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled visit, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable.
