This morning, at 5:50 am, the Cabo San Lucas Fire Department responded to a fire at “The Giggling Marlin” restaurant on Boulevard Marina. All available units and on-duty personnel were dispatched to the scene to manage the situation.  The Giggling Marlin, a beloved bar and restaurant known as the oldest establishment in downtown Cabo San Lucas. Firefighters and police were quick to respond, cordoning off the area and working tirelessly to contain the blaze.

While the cause of the fire remains unknown, the destruction is comprehensive, rendering the site a total loss. The Giggling Marlin has long been a favorite gathering spot for both locals and visitors, cherished for its vibrant atmosphere and rich history.
