Chef Eliana Godinez
Born in Mexico City, Chef Eliana trained in gastronomy before traveling to Italy to study her mother’s culinary roots. She refined her skills working under the renowned Chef Massimo Bottura, where she mastered the Italian way of sourcing fresh ingredients, fermentation techniques, and community bread-making. Chef Eliana has returned to a coastal-inspired menu at YAYA, where she works alongside her husband, Executive Chef Orli Del Angel.
